Refund Policy:

"All sales are final. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, I will create your custom order and send you a picture of the final product for approval. Once you approve the final product, your order will be shipped. Due to the customized nature of all items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds."
